Hydraulic components, honing, rolling

One of our activities is also the production of hydraulic elements. In addition to valves, hydraulic blocks, switchboards and other parts, they are mainly:

 

Precision machined pipes cut to required lengths:

• External diameters of pipes from Ø 89 to Ø 508 mm turned with roughness up to Ra 12.5.
• Dynamic rolling at Ra 0.2-0.4.
• Honing to Ra 0.4-0.8.
• For pipes up to an outer Ø of 200 mm with a wall of 28 mm, we provide finishing to a strength of 950 - 1030 MPa (280-304 HB). The other pipes are treated separately in divided lengths in the same strength.
• With delivery, we send the Material Certificate EN 3.1B, the finishing protocol (if performed separately) and the dimension control card.
